Step 1: Connect with us

Tell us about your space. Share photos of your entrance and/or current planter details, personal style preferences, HOA guidelines, pet considerations, and any fragrance or allergy notes. Let us know whether you need a fresh seasonal update or a full entrance transformation. Send those inspirational photos too, please!

Step 2: Receive your design direction and quote

We factor in your preferences and evaluate your entrance scale, natural lighting, and current seasonal botanicals to build a cohesive concept. You will receive a tailored proposal outlining the artistic vision, material selection, and custom pricing for your installation.

Step 3: Reserve your installation
Once you approve your custom proposal, secure your spot on our design calendar by paying the required deposit. This locks in your date and allows us to begin curating materials for your project.

Step 4: Sourcing, styling, and installation
We hand-select locally sourced botanicals, fresh foliage, reclaimed accents, foraged branches, and reusable decor. On your installation day, we handle full styling on-site to create an organic, polished arrangement tailored to your architecture.

Step 5: Bask in the transformation

Step outside and admire your renewed entryway. We provide clear care instructions for live greenery and plantings, and seasonal removal or resets can be coordinated seamlessly based on your service package.

What photos should I prepare before requesting a quote?

Please take clear daytime photos of your entry, including a straight-on shot showing the front door, porch, existing containers, steps, and any distinctive architectural features you would like highlighted. Feel free to share any inspirational photos as well.

What project details are helpful to include?

Provide approximate container measurements, sun exposure (morning sun, full sun, or deep shade), desired color palette or seasonal mood, and any inspiration photos you love. You can also let us know if you wish to reuse existing planters or urns.

Can you accommodate HOA restrictions and pet or allergy sensitivities?
Yes, absolutely. Please share any neighborhood HOA requirements, pet safety concerns, or plant and fragrance sensitivities so we can select botanicals and materials that suit your home safely and harmoniously.

How involved would I be in the selection of plants and materials, versus trusting the artistic vision?

Clients are encouraged to share their preferred colors, overall style, inspiration photos, must-haves, and any plants or materials they especially love or dislike. From there, Stem & Statement takes the lead on the specifics. Each design is individually composed based on the architecture of the space, growing conditions, seasonal availability, sustainability, locally sourced or foraged materials, and the designer's judgement. Inspiration photos help guide the mood and direction, but are not used as templates for exact reproduction.
